SIX THINGS

1. Norristown trailed by four points, 55-51, with 1:35 remaining, but hit three 3-pointers in the final 1:24 to win.

2. Norristown's Heather McHugh hit an open 3-pointer with 1:24 left, and Bryn Cotteta hit open 3-pointers with 49 seconds and 24.9 seconds remaining. Cotteta's final 3-pointer was the game-winner.

3. CR-North (14-7 overall, 9-3 SOL Continental) and Norristown (16-6, 9-3) are tied for second place in the league behind white-hot CB East (10-2 SOL), which has won nine straight SOL games. The Patriots play William Tennent (8-3 SOL) on Tuesday.

4. Cotteta sat for much of the first half after picking up three fouls in the first five minutes. She scored 11 of her 13 points in the second half. Sophia Waters also had 13 points for the Eagles, and Alissa O'Donnell added 12 points.

5. Senior Jen Sroba scored 15 points for CR-North. Sarah Kiely had 13 points, and Kelly Scull added 12 points.

6. Norristown won both meetings with CR-North this season. The Eagles won the first game, 67-65, on Dec. 21.

SIX THINGS

1. Tennent trailed by eight, 35-27, midway through the third quarter. A 19-0 run turned an eight-point deficit into an 11-point lead, 46-35.

2. Tennent hit one of 11 3-point attempts in the first half, then made four of four in the second half.

3. The Panthers scored 16 points in the first 3:49 of the fourth quarter, and finished with 25 points in the quarter. They shot 58.3 percent (14 for 24) in the second half.

4. Tennent (13-5 overall, 8-2 SOL Continental) is in a three-way tie for first place with CB East and CR-North. Norristown is one game back.

5. Junior guard Laura Kosma played extremely well for Tennent. She equaled her season high with 15 points and had five rebound and four assists. Sophomore Sarah Godfrey had 15 points and seven rebounds. Senior Lissa Tercha had 12 points, seven rebounds and four blocks.

6. Tennent has four SOL games left: Souderton, CB East, CB West and CR-North. If the Panthers win all four, they win the league.

7. TV note: Tomorrow, CR-North vs. Cheltenham is on CN8 at 1 p.m. Conestoga vs. Archbishop Carroll will also be televised at 2:30 p.m.
